R.J.S.

  1. Phase 1 – Prelims examination is of objective type.
  2. Phase 2 – Mains examination is of written type.
  3. Phase 3 – Interview

There is No Negative Marking in the prelims examination.

Phase 1 – Preliminary Examination

You will face the preliminary exam first which is an objective test of 100 Marks. In which 70% weightage will be to the subjects prescribed in syllabus for Law Paper-I and Law Paper-II, and 30% weightage shall be given to test proficiency in Hindi and English language. The question will be based on following subjects:

  1. Law: Same as prescribed for Law Paper I & II for Main Examination.
  2. Hindi
  3. English Proficiency :
  4. 1. Tenses
  5. 2. Articles and Determiners
  6. 3. Phrasal Verbs and Idioms
  7. 4. Active & Passive Voice
  8. 5. Co-ordination & Subordination
  9. 6. Direct and Indirect Speech
  10. 7. Antonyms and Synonyms
  11. 8. Modals expressing various concepts- (Obligation, Request, Permission, Prohibition, Intention, Condition, Probability, Possibility, Purpose, Reason, Companies, Contrast)

Phase 2 – Mains Examination

The mains examination is consisted of three papers :

Paper I (100 Marks)

  1. Code of Civil Procedure, 1908,
  2. The Constitution of India
  3. Indian Contract Act, 1872,
  4. The Indian Evidence Act, 1872
  5. The Limitation Act, 1963
  6. The Specific Relief Act, 1963
  7. The Transfer of Property Act, 1882
  8. Interpretation of Statues
  9. The Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001
  10. Order/Judgment Writing

Paper II (100 Marks)

You will be asked question based on the Following:

  1. The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
  2. The Indian Evidence Act, 1872
  3. The Indian Penal Code, 1860
  4. The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children)Act, 2015
  5. The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (ChapterXVII)
  6. The Probation of Offenders Act,1958
  7. Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005
  8. Framing of Charge/Judgment Writing.

Paper III – Language Paper (100 Marks)

  1. Paper-A Hindi Essay (50M) Essay Writing in Hindi Language.
  2. Paper-B English Essay (50M) Essay Writing in English Language.

NOTE : Minimum marks are 40% in each written paper and aggregate of 50% to qualify for interview. Relaxation of 5% each has been made for SC/ST/PWD.

Phase 3 – Interview

– Interview will carry (35 Marks)
