About the Internship
Astraea Law is seeking a Junior Advocate to join our team. They specialize in a wide range of legal areas, including Banking, Finance, Insolvency, Labor, Service Co-operative, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and candidates with 1-2 years of experience to advance their legal internship in a diverse and challenging environment.
Eligibility
- Freshers may apply, but 1-2 years of experience as an intern will be preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic legal environment.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist all aspects of litigation, including, filing, assisting seniors in matters, due diligence, and Legal Research.
- Assisting in drafting a variety of legal documents, such as petitions, affidavits, pleadings, replies, and notices.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Courts, including the High Court of Bombay, DRT/DRAT Mumbai, NCLT Mumbai, City Civil Court at Bombay and Dindoshi, and Family Court, Metropolitan Court of Mumbai.
